The KY Department of Education is updating their regulations, and one of those is around preschool programs for 4-year-olds. There is an opportunity for public comment and we have identified one area where a clarification would be beneficial not just for this regulation but any others in future. 

That language on the 704 KAR 3:410 proposed regulation is being updated to say "A current immunization certificate as required by KRS 214.034."
We would recommend the language be amended to say "A current immunization certificate as required by KRS 214.034 or exemption as provided for in KRS 214.036."
