Medical Freedom bill HB28, sponsored by Rep. Maddox, passed out of the House and into the Senate, where it was voted down in the Senate Health and Welfare Committee.
Medical Freedom bill SB93, sponsored by Sen. Girdler, passed out of the Senate Judiciary committee but died before it was called before the full Senate floor.

We will be working hard again during the interim to connect with legislators and plan for 2023 legislation.
